ROGERS Rogers Heritage High School will commemorate its Homecoming on Friday, Oct. 23. The War Eagles will host the Springdale High School Bulldogs in a 7:30 p.m. game at Gates Stadium.
The Homecoming Court was nominated and elected by the RHHS student body. The Homecoming Queen will be revealed during a Homecoming assembly at 12:30 p.m. in the Rogers Heritage High School gym on Oct. 23.
The queen will be chosen from three senior attendants.
Madison Scott is the daughter of Darrell and Lee Scott. Her escort will be Chaz Nelson, son of Chris and Sherri Nelson.
Kaleigh Green is the daughter of Will and Libby Green. She will be escorted by Huntor Barnard, son of Rex and Deanna Barnard. The final senior attendant will be Tanya Lantz, daughter of Craig Lantz and Dennis and Margie Thurman.
She will be escorted by Evan Zupan, son of Gerard and Deborah Zupan.
Three attendants will represent the junior class. Frankie Hurd is the daughter of Scott Hurd and Tina Denney. She will be escorted by Jared Gilstrap, son of Jay and Debra Gilstrap. Brittany Moore is the daughter of Bill Moore and granddaughter of Janice Moore. She will be escorted by Durgan Maxey, son of Jerry and Sharon Maxey. The final junior attendant will be Gentil Williams, daughter of Carl and Mara Williams, escorted by Jesús Gómez, son of Alfredo and Eva Gómez.
Two attendants will represent the sophomore class. Natasha Macy, daughter of Vince and Adana Macy, will be escorted by John Stotts, son of Sarah Ash and Chris Stotts.
Ebony Hart is the daughter of Robert Hart and Michelle Gerhardt. She will be escorted by Alec Amos, son of Jeff and Jakey Amos.
Two attendants will represent the freshman class. Brooke Ward, daughter of Branch and Lisa Ward. She will be escorted by Luke Fryauf, son of Mark and Julie Fryauf. The second freshman attendant is Blanca Fuentes, daughter of Veronica Figueroa. She will be escorted by Eric Garcia, son of Elvia and Cirilo Garcia.
Two children selected from Garfield Elementary School, a feeder school of Heritage High, will also participate in the Homecoming activities. Serving as crown bearer will be Victoria Vitali, daughter of Buzz and Tami Vitali. The football bearer will be Devan Massey, son of Justin and Jennifer Massey.
The Homecoming Assembly will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, in the Rogers Heritage High School gymnasium.
The Homecoming parade will begin at 4 p.m. at Heritage High School, and the Homecoming ceremony will take place at 6:45 p.m. on the field at Gates Stadium.
The Homecoming Dance, hosted by the RHHS Student Council, will be from 9:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. in the RHHS Commons.
