ROGERS St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Community
The Parish Mission is Sept. 21-24 with morning sessions beginning at 8 a.m. and evening sessions at 7 p.m. in the SVdP Hall This mission is the Forma tion Commission's contribution to the parish's 60th anniversary celebrations.
As part of the celebrations, the Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is sponsoring a Friends of the Poor walk on the morning before the festival at 9 a.m. Sept. 26 at Mathias Elementary School on North 24th St. Everyone in the community is invited to register to walk by going to www. svdpfriendsofthepoorwalk. org or by calling Theresa Gaffigan at 925-2838 or Lisa Low at 936-4270.
The celebrations will culminate with the Parish Festival from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 27. This year's festival will feature live entertainment, a car show, activities for all ages, a silent auction, and a variety of food prepared by the diverse parish cultures, including Vietnamese, El Salvadorian, Mexican and more.
Next week is Healing Sunday. Prayer teams will be available for you or a loved one on Saturday and Sunday in the Worship Space after Mass.
There will be no evening activities or meetings during the week of Sept. 21-24 due to the Parish Mission.

The Church at Pinnacle Hills
2 Works Ministries will present "I Thee Wed" premarital conference Oct. 16 and 17 at The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers. The conference is Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
The conference is designed to prepare and equip couples for a healthy and successful marriage.
The cost is $50 per couple and includes a light dinner Friday, continental breakfast Saturday and all conference materials.

Park Street Baptist Church, Bentonville
The church will hold a revival Oct. 4-6 with the Rev. Chuck Sackman, pastor of Piney Point Baptist Church. Services will begin at 6:30 each evening.
At 4 p.m. Oct. 3, a dinner will be served. Following the dinner at 6:30 p.m., there will be a gospel-music presentation by David Patillo of Texarkana.
The church is at 1000 N. Main St. Ron Roughton is the pastor.
